- 2 large salmon fillets (chopped into cubes)
- 4 potatoes (washed peeled and cut into small pieces)

Tasty fish and veg main course, perfect for making an impression at a dinner party
- For the summer veg
- 700g new potatoes
- 350g button onions, peeled
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 24 asparagus spears
- 150ml half-fat crème fraîche

A twist on the typical Fish and Chips
- For the Hasselback potatoes:
- Baking Potatoes - 2
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
- Mixed Herbs - a couple of pinches (optional)
- Paprika Powder - a few pinches (optional)
- For the Masala Fish Goujons:
- White Fish - Cod, Haddock, Basa - 225 g
- Paprika Powder/ Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder - 1/4 teaspoon or Minced Garlic - 1 clove
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- For coating:
- Egg - 1
- Breadcrumbs - 75 g
- Oil for frying

Scrub the potatoes, cut into 1
- 800g unpeeled, even-size Maris Piper or King Edward potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- For the peas
- 300g frozen garden peas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- For the fish
- 650g (approx) skinless haddock, hake or cod fillet from a sustainable source, cut into 4 equal-size pieces
- 50g self-raising flour, plus 1 tbsp
- 50g cornflour
- 1 egg white
- 125ml ice-cold sparkling water
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 600ml sunflower oil, for frying.

Mix 3 tbsp of the milk into the cornflour and set aside
- 500ml semi-skimmed milk
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 100g cooked prawns in their shells
- several thyme sprigs, preferably lemon thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 750g new potatoes, such as Charlotte (no need to peel)
- 1 medium leek, thinly sliced (175g prepared weight)
- 400g skinned haddock fillet
- 350g skinned salmon fillet
- 175g skinned smoked haddock fillet
- 125g tub low-fat soft cheese with garlic & herbs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp snipped chives

Quick, easy, cheap and tasty
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Massaman Thai curry paste
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Pinch of caster sugar
- 2 measures of cooked rice (basmati or longgrain)
