Ingredients
- 2cm/1in piece fresh root ginger, peeled
- 1 red chilli, seeds removed
- 250g/9 oz white crabmeat
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped fresh coriander
- 2 spring onions sliced
- breadcrumbs

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together and fry for ten minutes and serve on seasoned dressed salad.
Step 2
Serve straight away with a hollandaise packet sauce.
