  • 2cm/1in piece fresh root ginger, peeled
  • 1 red chilli, seeds removed
  • 250g/9 oz white crabmeat
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • breadcrumbs

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together and fry for ten minutes and serve on seasoned dressed salad.
