A lovely and easily altered recipe so that you can use different fish or coatings

  • 450g/1lb Cod fillet and Smoked Haddock fillet (flaked)
  • 450g/1lb Cooked Potatoes (small cubes)
  • 25g/1oz Butter, (diced)
  • 2-3 Spring Onions or 3 teaspoons of chopped Chives
  • 1 Egg separated & 1 Egg whole
  • 50g/2oz mixed seeds (I add some breadcrumbs too)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil for frying

This is ridiculously filling

  • 2 x 150 g packs of ready-to-wok udon noodles
  • 1 leek, shredded
  • 200 g beansprouts
  • 8 shiitake mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 2 pieces of fish cake, sliced

  • 225 g salmon fillets
  • milk
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 lemon
  • chopped parsley
