- prawns
- salmon)
- Cornflour
- Milk
- 2lb Potatoes
- Butter
- Cheese (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Chop and boil potatoes until cooked and then mash with the butter.
Step 2
Skin/debone the fish and poach in a little milk until just cooked. Drain and flake over spinach add prawns spreading evenly.
Step 3
Make a white sauce with milk, butter and cornflower. Pour this over the fish.
Step 4
Cover the fish with the mashed potato.
Step 5
Bake in an oven proof dish until golden on top.
Step 6
Optional - For a little extra flavor add a sprinkling of cheese over the potato.
