- 200g flour
- 175 g of walnuts
- 100g sugar
- 20g butter
- 20 cl of milk
- 1 sachet baking powder
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 4). Butter the cake tin. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
Step 2
Mix in a bowl the flour, baking powder, sugar, beaten egg and a pinch of salt. Add milk and walnuts. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for about 50 minutes.
Step 4
Set aside for 5 minutes then remove from the mould.
Leave to cool before serving.
