Apple and vanilla pie

- 1 ready-made puff pastry
- 500g apple sauce
- 4 apples
- 75g butter
- 90g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 40g flour
- 2 large eggs

Step 1
Place the pastry in the flan tin. Cover and refrigerate.
Melt the butter in a small bowl. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla and eggs. Mix well.
Peel and cut the apples into small cubes. Spread the apple sauce onto the cold pastry. Place the sliced apples on top pressing slightly with back of spoon into the sauce.
Pour the vanilla cream over the apples.
Step 2
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° for 30 minutes then at 180 ° for about 20 to 30 minutes (checking regularly). If the top of your tart browns too quickly, cover with greaseproof paper.
Sprinkle the tart with icing sugar before serving warm or cold.
