Fish and chips recipes - 4 recipes

I like nothing better than to eat fish and chips straight from its white paper wrapping, sitting on a pebbly beach with family and watching the sun drain from the sky. If you’re from the UK, it’s likely this mouth-watering English dish, consisting of white fish cooked in crunchy batter and served with golden chips, has a special place in your heart, and mouth.
Tip: Use beer instead of water for the batter mix to make it crispier.
Try: Lemon, lime and chilli batter.
