- plain flour
- orange juice
- sugar
- fish fillet
- salt
- egg
- orange skin

Preparation
Step 1
Mix plain flour and cornflour in 2:1 ratio.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix orange juice with sugar.
Step 3
Add salt to fish fillet, coat with egg.
Step 4
Coat with flour and mix with the flour mixture prepared. Fry the fish fillet.
Step 5
Cook the orange juice.
Step 6
Pour orange juice on top of the fish. Top with some orange skin.
