Battered Fish

Instead of buying frozen food, try this good easy to cook home made battered fish

Ingredients
- 4 fish filets (hake, cod, bream...)
- Flour
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove

Preparation
Step 1
Break the egg in a bowl and mix it with a fork, season it with salt and pepper.
Pour the flour on a flat plate.
Step 2
Peel the garlic clove and put it in a frying pan with oil.
Step 3
Take each thin filet and dip it in the flour and then in the egg and cook them on the frying pan.
Step 4
Serve with a mayonnaise mixed with lemon juice.
Most people add breadcrumbs after the egg, but it is lighter without it.
You can mix the leftovers of flour with the leftovers of eggs and cook it, it's yummy :)
