Veggie Kheema

By

Kheema meaning mince, this recipe is a healthy and delicious way to include vegetables in your diet.

As the vegetables are minced or grated, the cooking time is less, but the preparation time is a bit more as if the vegetables are hand grated.

A food processor will reduce time taken to grate or finely chop the vegetables.
