Ingredients

  • Tomato Puree 1 cup, finely chopped onion 1, oil for cooking, salt to taste, 2 green chillies slit finely, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander & cumin powder, turmeric, curry leaves, salmon fish cut in cubes, water, mustard seeds, ginger & garlic paste,

Preparation

Step 1

In a deep pan add 2 tablespoon of oil, once hot add mustard seeds let it crackle, then add curry leaves, oinion and once translucent and brown add green chilli, turmeric, tomato puree, ginger & garlic paste stir well till the oil leaves the sides

Step 2

Now add the red chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder and stir well, add water as per thickness of the gravy and add the salmon, once cooked add garam masala stir and add salt as per taste

goes well with steamed rice
