Pork roast in red wine sauce

Step 1

Brown the meat in half the butter, turning on all sides. Remove from the pan and in the remaining butter fry the sliced ​​carrots, onion and crushed garlic. Salt and pepper and add the vinegar and red wine. Add the bouquet garni.

Return the meat to the casserole. Cover and cook over medium heat for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove the pork roast and bind the sauce with cornstarch.
