Pork roast in red wine sauce

Ingredients
- 800 gr of roast pork
- 2 onions medium
- 3 carrots
- 2 clove of garlic
- 1 bouquet garni
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1/2 bottle of red wine
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 50g butter
- salt / pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the meat in half the butter, turning on all sides. Remove from the pan and in the remaining butter fry the sliced carrots, onion and crushed garlic. Salt and pepper and add the vinegar and red wine. Add the bouquet garni.
Step 2
Return the meat to the casserole. Cover and cook over medium heat for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove the pork roast and bind the sauce with cornstarch.
Step 3
Serve the roast sliced with sauce, with small boiled potatoes.
