- 450g Lean Minced Beef
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 tin red kidney beans (drained)
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tin oxtail soup

Chilli con carne

Slice the onion finely and cut the red peppers (or carrots) into cubes
- 2 large tins of red kidney beans
- 600 to 700g of minced beef
- 5 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 red peppers or 2 carrots
- Two large tins of peeled tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato concentrate
- 1 tsp chilli powder (or cayenne pepper)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 small tin of sweetcorn

Heat the butter and oil in a large saucepan
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium red chillies deseeded and finely sliced
- 2 slices of lean streaky bacon diced
- 1 onion peeled and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove peeled and crushed
- 2 boneless chicken breasts skinned and finely sliced
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 medium potato peeled and diced
- 225g/8oz sweetcorn frozen or tinned
- 1.2 litres/2 pints chicken stock
- Salt and pepper
- 150 ml/5 fl oz double cream

- 120 gm of fab king prawns with the tails on
- One green chilli - deseeded and chopped
- One red chilli – deseeded and chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped finely
- A handful of flat leaf parsley chopped
- A small glass of white wine
- 100 gm of passata or chopped tinned tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 300 gm of fusili and rigatoni pasta

- 250g cashew nuts
- 14 meejool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder.

- 1 tsp mesquite powder (use 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon if not available)
- Pinch of Himalayan salt or fine sea salt
