- 2 medium onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200g kidney beans
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp coriander
- 3 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2-3 tbsp tomato purée
- Salt n pepper to taste
- 2 hot chillies
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the meat, then add in onions. Cook until brown
Step 2
Add in the spices together and mix well with the salt and worcestershire to taste.
Allow to reduce down
Step 3
A few minutes before ready add the kidney beans and eat with rice
