	Ingredients
- Minced beef (could do with lamb)
- 1 onion
- Worcester sauce
- Beef melt / stock cube
- Potatoes (and a little milk and butter to make mash)
- Carrots

Preparation
Step 1
Fry the onion in a little oil, and add the mince. Meanwhile, start boiling the potatoes.
Step 2
Add a large dash of worcester sauce and the beef melt, plus water and seasoning, and allow to simmer.
Step 3
Peel, chop and boil the carrots. Mash the potatoes once boiled.
Step 4
Put the beef mixture into ramekins, then add the mashed potato. Serve with carrots.
This can be prepared the night before - keep in the fridge then heat for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
