- 20z plain flour
- 2oz butter
- 1/2 pint milk

Step 1
boil pasta and drain
Step 2
melt butter and stir in flour, add milk slowly and continue stirring until thickens add cheese
Step 3
place pasta in pyrex dish and sprinkle some grated cheese to crispen and place in oven for 30 mins
