- - 1.5 tbsp sweet chilli
- - 1 tbsp ground cumin
- - 1 tbsp oregano powder
- - 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (Van Hooten for example)
- - 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- - 8 cloves of garlic
- - 500g of tomato puree

Slice the onion finely and cut the red peppers (or carrots) into cubes

- 600 to 700g of minced beef

- for the chicken:
- 2 large skinless boneless chicken breasts (about 350g)
