Ingredients
- Serves: 4
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon dried onion
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic granules
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 450g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced

Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together in medium bowl.
Cook chicken in large frying pan in a little olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add peppers and onion to chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the seasoning, if you like it extra spicy use all of it; for a more subtle flavour add about three quarters.
Add lemon juice and mix to coat meat and veg well.
Cook for a further 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Serve with tortillas, salsa, soured cream and grated cheese.
