Ingredients
- 12 cocktail tomatoes (slightly larger than cherry tomatoes)
- One third of a spicy chorizo sausage
- 1/2 red onion
- One third teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of green Tabasco (it is less strong than the red tabasco so if you are using the red one you will need to slightly reducing the dose)
- 1/4 red pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- a lime

Step 1
Chop the red pepper into thin strips, place in a large bowl with the chorizo, red onion, chopped finely, the tomatoes, halved, and season with chili powder, olive oil, salt, Tabasco. Mix everything together and put in jars. Top with a wedge of lime which is then pressed over the glass.
Step 2
Mix everything together and put into the individual serving glasses. Top with a wedge of lime which is then squeezed over the glass.
