Chicken and Chorizo Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 x chorizo
- 2 x chicken breasts
- Cocktail sticks

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the chorizo into rings about 7mm thick (or cut into pieces if buying off a deli counter, make sure you get it cut nice and thick!!). Place in to a dry frying pan.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and add to the frying pan with the chorizo pieces.
Step 3
Turn on the heat and fry until the chicken is cooked. (You won't need any oil as the chorizo will release lots, turning the chicken a beautiful colour and tasting of hot smoky paprika!!)
Step 4
Place a piece of chicken and a piece of chorizo onto a cocktail stick and serve (great with a glass of white or a nice cold beer!)
