Ingredients
- puff pastry,
- 400g lardons,
- 25cl creme fraiche (or 1/2 large pot)
- 6 eggs,
- 200g grated cheese,
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Roll out the pastry in a flan tin.
Step 2
Spread over the entire surface of the pastry, the lardons and the grated cheese.
Step 3
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Step 4
Add the cream, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Whisk the mixture with a fork.
Step 6
Pour the entire contents of the bowl onto the pastry with the bacon.
Step 7
Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
