- 2 large red onions ( thinly sliced )

- Base ingredients
- *110g self rasing flour
- *25g of margarine
- *4 tablespoons of milk
- *50g of cheddar cheese (grated)
- Sauce ingredients
- *1 large tablespoon of tomato puree

- *1 clove of garlic peeled and crushed
- * Mixed herbs (fresh basil is best)

- *Ham

Beef Lasagne (with leeks not pasta)

1 to 2 hours cooking time Trim the leeks until they are about the same width as your lasagne dish
- 2 large leeks, each about 300g/10½oz
- 1 medium onion
- 2 celery sticks, trimmed
