Butternut squash and sweet potato soup

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan, add the onions until soft
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 15g butter
- 1 red onion chopped
- 150g carrots sliced
- 500g butternut squash cut into cubes
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 100g red lentils
- 1l hot vegetable stock
- 3 level tbsp. of tomato puree
- 3 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 100g crème fraiche

Put the beef chunks in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
- 2kg braising steak - chopped into bites sized chunks

- 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt

- 800ml beef stock
- small bunch of fresh coriander
- 6-8 cardamom pods
- 6 long green chillies

- 500g small Atlantic prawns with shells on
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 4 little gem lettuces
- 2 ripe but firm hass avocados
- 1 teasp. chilli powder
- 4 small crevettes
- Cocktail sauce
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teasp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tablsp. lemon juice
- 2 tablsp. tomato ketchup

- 225g courgettes trimmed and sliced
- 600ml stock
- 1 bay leader
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon tomato purée
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- Salt and pepper

Grind together onions, coriander leaves and green chilli into a paste
- 5 eggs; boiled and cut or slit,
- 2 small onions,
- 1 cup coriander leaves,
- 1 tomato; pureed,
- 1 green chilli,

Put a saucepan on a medium heat, add some oil and the onion and cook until softened

- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 x 400g cans good-quality chopped tomatoes
