A recipe I developed as a university student and with little practice, I quickly realised how much cheaper it is to

  • -Dough-
  • 500g Strong White Flour (Plain Flour works in a push)
  • Pinch Salt
  • 10g Yeast
  • Two Table spoons Olive Oil (plus extra for proofing)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Water
  • -Sauce-
  • 500g Tomatoes – Salad tomatoes for thicker sauce or cherry tomatoes for a sweeter sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4 spoons Olive Oil
  • Handful of Spinach
  • Pinch Salt
  • Plain flour to thicken
  • *Sauce Flavouring Spices*
  • *1* Basil for a more Italian flavour.
  • *2* Garam Masala for a more indian/flavoursome option.
  • *3* Paprika coriander and pinch cayenne for Satchell Special Sauce.
  • To any, add Smoked paprika for an easy Stonebaked flavour.
