Ingredients
- 4 - 5lbs brisket beef
- 1 pack French opinion soup (Knox)
- 1 can of coke
- Squeeze of tomato ketchup
- 2 - 3 tablespoons of mango chutney

Preparation
Step 1
Cook in dish with lid at temperature 160 degrees for 4 - 5 hours, if fan oven 130 to 140 degrees.
Cook and then slice before use and re-heat on 160 with fan for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
Can be done the day before but do not cut until day of use.
