This dish is something my husband's aunt makes
- 1 1/4-1 1/2 fillets boneless chicken, diced
- 5 medium-large carrots, diced small
- ~ 1 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion, chopped small
- a few tbsp oil

- 3 medium sliced onions
- Olive Oil (for sautéing)
- 6 peppers sliced
