- 400g/14oz egg pappardelle
- 1 onion
- chopped
- 200g/7oz cooked ham
- diced
- 150g/5oz cherry tomatoes
- cut in halves
- 150g/5oz chestnut mushrooms
- sliced
- 200ml/1 cup double cream
- 2tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a pan with the olive oil and add the onions and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the ham, tomatoes and cream. Season with salt and pepper and leave for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
To prepare the pasta - in a pot, cover with salted water, Bring to the bowl and simmer for 5 minutes. Always check the instructions on the back of the pack, as they may vary.
Step 4
Add the pasta sauce to the pot with pappardelle and stir well.
Step 5

Sprinkle some grated Parmesan when serving.
