  • 50g greated cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • tablespoon mustard
  • teaspoon garam massala
  • teaspoon dried mixed herbs
  • teaspon butter

Step 1

heat frying pan on medium, slice mushrooms in half and add to fryingpan and a teaspoon of butter, dice garlic

Step 2

add garlic and cook for 3-5 minuets, add cream herbs and spices and boil until cream becomes thick (6-7 minuets) stirring aften

Step 3

add cheese, stir until c hese has melted and serve.


for a healthier option use creme fresh and low fat cheese.
