- Garlic
- Chillie
- Pancetta
- Olive oil
- Salt/pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Chop your tomatoes up and add to a pan of olive oil, garlic and chillie. Allow the tomatoes to simmer and go soft. Add some water if the sauce thickens up.
Step 2
After 10 mins add your diced pancetta. Season to taste. Allow to simmer for 20 mins. Can be served with pasta or as a side dip for garlic bread.
