- - 500g of whole mushrooms
- - 1 red chilli
- - 150 ml tomato paste
- - 10 tomatoes
- - Salt, pepper and herbes de provence

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and slice the mushrooms and fry them in olive oil.
Prepare the sauce by peeling the tomatoes, cut them into 4 and melt them in a pan. Add the chilli, herbs and the concentrated tomato paste. Simmer for 10 minutes to thicken slightly.
Once the mushrooms are soft, add them to the tomato sauce and simmer again over low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve with meat, rice or pasta or whatever you feel like for a main course, or can be eaten just the way it is for a starter.
