Step 1

Peel the mushrooms. Chop off the stems.

Step 2

Fill the mushrooms with any kind of spreadable cheese you like!

You can eat them raw or fry them lightly in a pan with oil and garlic for a more melt in your mouth version.

Add a turn of pepper on top and serve. Simple, yet a real treat!
