- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 finely chopped spring onions
- 50g feta cheese
- 50g chorizo (chopped)
- 100g cous cous

Step 1
Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and rub mushroom with oil
Chop mushroom stalks and spring onions and sauté briefly
Pepare cous cous as on pack
Combine cous cous, mushrooms and spring onions with feta and chorizo
Spoon the mixture into the mushrooms
Oven cook for ten minutes
