Ingredients
- Enough button mushrooms to fill you up
- Two cloves of garlic
- Sea salt
- Olive Oil
- Soy sauce
- Balsamic vinegar
- A toasted item to serve them on

Preparation
Step 1
Start heating the oil in a frying pan
Step 2
Crush the garlic cloves under your knife with the sea salt
Step 3
Add the garlic, salt and sliced mushrooms to the hot oil
Step 4
Halfway through cooking add a splash of balsamic vinegar
Step 5
Just before they are done add a dash of soy sauce
Step 6
Serve on some well buttered toast or whatever you fancy
