Spicy Potato Wedges
Crisy, spicy home made potato wedges
- 4 average sized potatoes
- Olive oil
- Black Pepper
- Flaked Chilli Peppers

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Wash and chop potatoes into wedges. Spread evenly on an oven tray
Coat the wedges in olive oil and sprinkle on black pepper and flaked chilli flakes for as much spice as desired (about a teaspoon).
Put in oven and turn every 15 minutes for an hour or until crispy around the edges.
Instead of black pepper and flaked chilli, rosemary and garlic can also be used.
