Ingredients

  • 1. Yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • 2. Crushed ginger - 2 pinch
  • 3. Cumin seed - Fry this in a pan & powder it - 2 pinch is required
  • 4. Crushed Green chilli - 1 pinch
  • 5. Salt
  • 6. Water
  • 7. Cilantro - Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a tumbler/shaker, add 1/2 cup thick yoghurt + 1 cup water + add all above ingredients (crushed ginger, cumin powder, crushed green chilli) + salt

2. Shake it nicely for 2-3 mins

3. Transfer it into a glass & garnish it with Cilantro (Chopped little)
