  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 125g unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 2x80g crunchie
  • broken into pieces
  • 100g raisins
  • 5-10 digestive or hobnob biscuits
  • 200g salted peanuts

Step 1

Melt butter and syrup on a low heat

Step 2

Add chocolate to pan

Step 3

Mix peanuts, crunchie pieces, raisins and biscuit pieces in a bowl

Step 4

Add chocolate and mix

Step 5

Pour into tin and leave to chill

The amount and type of biscuit can be amended depending on personal taste
