  • 600 g mushrooms
  • salt
  • One leg. green onions
  • 100 ml tomato juice
  • 1leg. dill
  • 50 ml of oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms, wash and boil in salted water, then drain and after they have cooled, cut into two or four. Mix mushrooms with onion peeled, washed and finely chopped. Add the chopped dill, oil, tomato juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve cold.
