Ingredients
- 1.5/1.7 kg of Chilies
- 300 g garlic
- 620 ml vinegar (white)
- 620 ml water
- 2 kg sugar
- 5 tbls salt

Preparation
Step 1
Open all the chillies and remove most if not all the seeds from them
Step 2
Mince the garlic and chilli together in a food processor
Step 3
Mix the other ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to the boil
Step 4
Add the minced chili and garlic
Step 5
Cook until thickened removing froth from top as it forms
+cook for roughly an hour
