- Butter, milk, flour (1 heaped tablespoon) for the béchamel sauce,
- a little grated cheese

Step 1
Prepare a thick bechamel sauce, add the mushrooms and grated cheese. Arrange the slices of bread on a tray and put them under a hot grill.
