Toasts with duck confit

Place the confit in the microwave, remove the bone and gently flake the meat
- 2 legs duck confit
- mixed raw vegetables (carrots, cucumber, red cabbage, celeriac, radishes, peppers, etc.)
- walnut oil,
- wine vinegar,
- 4 thick slices of bread.

- Ripe tomatoes
- 1 aubergine
- Pancetta
- Parmesan cheese

Stilton and Mushroom toasts

Cut the baguette into slices about 2cm thick
- 1 x baguette
- 1 x large handful of mushrooms
- 1 x piece of Stilton
- Garlic olive oil

Prepare a thick bechamel sauce, add the mushrooms and grated cheese
- Sliced bread, 2 or 3 slices per person
- 1 tin of button mushrooms
- Butter, milk, flour (1 heaped tablespoon) for the béchamel sauce,
- a little grated cheese
- lettuce and tomatoes

- 2 tbsp cornflour
