Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6
- 1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 500 g new potatoes, quartered lengthways
- 8 whole garlic cloves, unpeeled
- 8 medium tomatoes, quartered
- 75 g chorizo, preferably picante
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 tsp sweet, smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into strips

Beat the egg whites until stiff with 60 grams of sugar
- For a 22cm diameter cake tin:
- 190 gr of self-raising flour
- 120 gr of caster sugar
- 65 ml of milk
- 60 ml of sunflower oil
- 3 large eggs
