This is a very easy and healthy dish to make
- 1 cup Paella rice
- 2 large carrots (grated)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 4 pork thin sausages
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 10 green olives
- 10 black olives
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 3 cup chicken stock ( stock cube)
- 1 level teaspoon red paprika
- 1 lemon
- Sat and pepper
Chicken and Chorizo Paella

Put the oil in a pan and heat
- 2 cloves of Garlic, sliced finely
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Carrot, chopped
- Parsley, chopped
- 70g Chorizo, chopped
- 2 Chicken thighs (or breasts), chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Red Pepper, chopped

- 1 tin of mushrooms (or 8 fresh ones) (sliced)
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 tin of peas
- 1 tin mini corn on the cobs
- 1 carton of tomato frito
- 450-550g chicken breasts (cut in to pieces)
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 sachet of Paellero
- 500g packet of Paella Rice

- 300g rice (any), I use basmati
- 1ltr stock (any) stockpots or cubes or homemade
- Leek
- Mushroom (optional)
- Frozen pease
- Leftover cooked meat (gammon, chicken, pork etc)
- A little oil
Vegetable Paella

In a large saucepan fry the onion in 4 tbsps olive oil
- oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 12 oz/300g brown rice
- 1½ pint/800ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- ½ tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 red and 1 green pepper roughly chopped
- 3 sticks celery
- 8 oz/200g mushrooms sliced
- 2 oz/50g mange tout topped and tailed
- 4 oz/100g frozen peas
- 2 oz/50g broken cashew nuts
- 1 Tin/454g chopped tomatoes
- 150ml dry white wine (or substitute with 1 tbsp vinegar)
