- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tblspns redcurrant jelly
- pinch of fresh rosemary
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- oil for cooking
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
heat oil in a small saucepan.
Step 2
Add onions and fry gently until softened but not coloured.
Step 3
Add the Orange Juice and redcurrent jelly and simmer until jelly has completely dissolved.
Step 4
Add rosemary and seasoning and simmer until reduced and thickened.
