- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon shredded ginger
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons herbes de Provence
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- ½ cup sherry vinegar
- ½ cup soy sauce

Step 1
