- 275g white (or sweet) potatoes
- half tsp paprika
- half tsp chilli powder
- 2tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 190°C.
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
Mix the seasoning, paprika and chilli powder together in a small bowl.
Place wedges on a baking tray and drizzle with oil.
Sprinkle over the flavour mix.
Drizzle with oil again.
Bake for 30-40 mins until golden brown.
