Spicy wedges


Use sweet potato instead of ordinary ones to add a health-boost to your meal.
This recipe can easily be doubled, depending on required serving size.

  • 275g white (or sweet) potatoes
  • seasoning
  • half tsp paprika
  • half tsp chilli powder
  • 2tbsp olive oil

Step 1

Preheat oven to 190°C.
Cut the potatoes into wedges.

Step 2

Mix the seasoning, paprika and chilli powder together in a small bowl.

Step 3

Place wedges on a baking tray and drizzle with oil.
Sprinkle over the flavour mix.
Drizzle with oil again.

Step 4

Bake for 30-40 mins until golden brown.
