Ingredients
- 6 rashers of smoked bacon
- 200g of rice - any rce will do
- 1 onion finely chopped
- lazy chilli
- 1 teaspoon garlic - can be fresh chopped or lazy garlic
- 1 carton of passata
- 300ml cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Chop Up all the Bacon Rashers into small peives and put to one side
Step 2
Heat a small amount of oil in a large saucepan on a very low heat and add the garlic, onion and bacon.
Cook on the low heat for around 5- 10 minutes until the onion is soft and bacon cooked.
Step 3
Add the rice, passata, cold water and lazy chilli, stir throughly to mix and then leave to cook until rice is cooked through and the risotto has gone creamy. Make sure you stir every couple of minutes so that it does not stick to the bottom.
Step 4
Serve immediately when ready with plenty of garlic bread.
