- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup of eggs
- pinch of pepper
- dripping for greasing the tin and adding flavour

Preparation
Step 1
add together a cup of flour,milk and eggs (equal ammounts) in a jug/bowl with a pinch of black pepper and whisk vigerously (an electric whisk is best)
Step 2
put a tiny ammount of dripping,or oil if you prefer into your chosen tin and place in the oven at 220oc
Step 3
allow the mixture to rest and give a final whisk before pouring into the hot fat (make sure the bubbles remain when the whisk is switched off)
Step 4
pour the mix into the hot fat and place into the oven quickly! leave the door closed for at least 20 mins,opening the door will collapse the puddings (i often have to do this as they rise so much they touch the upper eliment so keep an eye on them)
Step 5
serve and enjoy!!
