- 1 C flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 C milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix flour and salt together, and then gradually add milk, stirring until perfectly smooth.
Step 2
Add eggs to batter, and pour into muffin tins that have been greased with roast beef drippings.
Step 3
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Serve with roast beef dinner.
