- 150g flour
- 2 eggs
- 150ml milk
- 100ml water
- Lard

Step 1
Whisk all ingredients together.
Step 2
Pour olive oil and add some lard into the hole and bake at 200 degrees for 10mins to heat the tin. Tin must be smoking hot.
Step 3
Ladle batter in and bake it for 10-15mins (small) 15-20mins (large).
