10 Minute Yorkshire Puddings
- 2oz Self Raising Flour
- 1 Egg
- 6fl oz (1/4 pint) Milk & Water Mixed

Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 10mins
Cost Budget Friendly
Place all ingredients in to a bowl and whisk together until light and fluffy.
Put a Tbsp of cooking oil into each pudding dish.
Place in oven until bubbles and spits.
1/2 fill each dish first then top up each one until all mixture is used.
Cook on 190 degrees c for 10 minutes, watching closely.
